To collect feedback on their experience participating in supplemental learning opportunities, a survey has been developed for students and families. Data from this survey will be used to inform planning for future models of home learning in case home learning is offered again at some point in time. The ultimate goal is to provide the best possible learning experiences for all students.
All responses are anonymous and no personal data is collected through this survey.
The direct link to the survey is found below, but it will also be added to all school websites centrally by division office.
The survey opens Monday, June 15th and closes Friday, June 26th.
Reference to the survey will be made during end-of-year virtual conferences. Staff may also promote the survey link through email, Seesaw, Classroom, etc.
